Viva El Peru
In Peru, the local people write things in the mountain sides. As Edwin says, it is a kind of free advertising. On the way to Ollantaytambo we saw one mountain that said "711." We all thought that was a silly way of advertising an American chain store, but we found out that it was actually the name of a local school. This picture was taken from the hotel room I was staying in. It was an amazing view.
